Mr. Bincarosky grew up in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania and graduated from Jim Thorpe High School in 1987. He attended Penn State University and earned a BS degree in Environmental Resource Management in 1992. While at Penn State, Mr. Bincarosky started working as an asbestos abatement laborer and project supervisor during breaks and holidays. Upon graduation from Penn State, Mr. Bincarosky received a position as a estimator for an environmental remediation company. For the last 20 years, Mr. Bincarosky has held the positions as estimator, project manager, and most recently vice president. Responsibilities included attending meetings, estimating, bidding, reviewing contracts, and writing proposals, work plans and safety plans, reviewing contracts. Over the last 20 years, Mr. Bincarosky has successfully completed well over 2,000 environmental remediation projects for clients such as school districts, the PA Department of General Services, the Army Corps of Engineers, many Housing Authorities, fortune 500 companies, pharmaceutical companies, Universities, and many other local, state and federal agencies. Past achievements have included obtaining licenses for man states and completing projects across the Mid-Atlantic. Projects have ranged in size from residences up million dollar remediation projects. Mr. Bincarosky currently holds licenses as an asbestos project supervisor, asbestos project designer, asbestos building inspector and NIOSH 582. For a short period of time, Mr. Bincarosky worked as an industrial hygienist and performed inspections and oversight of asbestos, lead, and mold remediation projects. At one time, Mr. Bincarosky also held a license for lead abatement supervisor, Philadelphia API, and Philadelphia asbestos investigator.
